Program name and sponsor
The “RSRM Accident SMS Alerts” program is operated by Road Safety Risk Management LLC (“RSRM”).
Program description
This is an automated text-message program that sends operational accident notifications. When an Initial Accident Report is submitted to RSRM, a text message containing basic accident information is sent to authorized RSRM team members so that the response to the incident can begin promptly. Messages may include the truck number, driver name, accident date and time, Allied office, and insurance status. For additional details, recipients should contact RSRM at files@roadsafetyrm.com. The program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
Who receives messages
Messages are sent only to authorized RSRM team members who have agreed to receive them on their personal mobile phones. No other individuals or organizations are intended recipients. Each recipient agrees directly with RSRM (verbally) to receive the messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the number of Initial Accident Reports submitted. Messages are sent only when a report is submitted.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.
Opt out (STOP)
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to that number through this program unless the recipient agrees to receive them again.
Help (HELP)
For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or contact RSRM at files@roadsafetyrm.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the recipient’s carrier and network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. RSRM does not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
RSRM may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
