Privacy Policy

Road Safety Risk Management LLC · Effective October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Road Safety Risk Management LLC (“RSRM,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information in connection with our accident SMS notification service. RSRM is the organization that operates this SMS program.

Information we collect

To operate the SMS notification service we collect the name and personal mobile phone number of each authorized RSRM team member who has agreed to receive the notifications, along with any request to stop receiving them.

The text messages themselves contain basic accident information taken from Initial Accident Reports submitted to RSRM, which may include the truck number, driver name, accident date and time, Allied office, and insurance status. Recipients who need additional details are directed to RSRM’s corporate email.

How we use this information

We use recipients’ names and mobile numbers only to send operational accident notifications to authorized RSRM team members when an Initial Accident Report is submitted, and to administer the program (for example, honoring opt-out requests). We do not use this information for marketing or promotional messages.

SMS consent

Messages are sent only to authorized RSRM team members who have agreed to receive them. Each recipient agrees directly with RSRM (verbally) to receive the notifications on their personal mobile phone. A recipient may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting RSRM, after which RSRM will no longer send messages to that number through this program.

Sharing of information

RSRM does not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To operate the notification system we use service providers such as Twilio, which delivers the text messages, and Google, whose tools process Initial Accident Reports and support the notification workflow. These providers process information only to perform those services for us and not for marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this information, and access to recipient information is limited to authorized RSRM personnel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep recipient information only for as long as it is needed to operate the notification service and for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Your choices

Recipients may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us. Recipients may also contact us to ask about, correct, or remove the information we hold about them for this program.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
